Main title animation for the reality-tv series Farmer Wants A Wife, on Fox. I took the initial wheat field by Chloe in Unreal Engine, and with guidance from Chris, expanded it, and added the various buildings along with the rest of the environment. The plate was then brought into After Effects to combine the Cinema 4D logo into the scene, dial-in the colors, and add some magic and romance. Thanks to David for helping animate the “Wife” and adding a few extra glints to the logo.

The client wanted the “computer world” section at 1:14 to look more like the inside of an old computer, and also requested we start to see the insides as if we were “flying into the Death Star”.
So I added a little animation where we can see Mike through the opening of the floppy disk drive. I took the original scene file and swapped out materials, tweaked the lighting, and modeled additional capacitors and microchips into the scene, but kept much of the original layout and animation by Chi. We referenced old game board pieces to get the look of the characters. Shout out to Greyscale Gorilla for their material packs, it was easy to quickly dial in the look.
